MANN+HUMMEL USA Awards Team 1 for "Outstanding Customer Service Performance in 2010"
Ingrid Tochackova, senior buyer at MANN+HUMMEL USA presented to Michele Warner, customer service manager and Craig Carrel, President an award for "Outstanding Customer Service Performance in 2010" at their Supplier Summit on January 27, 2011.
MANN+HUMMEL USA is a division of the MANN+HUMMEL GROUP located in Germany and is the company’s U.S. based automotive and industrial filtration operations. The automotive operation designs and manufactures automotive components including complete air induction systems, intake manifolds, surge tanks and washer reservoirs, oil and fuel modules and filter elements for all major North American and European OEMs, as well as most Asian car manufacturers.
Team 1 supplies their automotive operation with precision plastic injection molded components for their systems. They started doing business in in 2003 with only a few hundred dollars of sales. Their partnership has grown over the last eight years and MANN+HUMMEL USA has become their third largest customer. Team 1 was honored to receive this award and it will be displayed with pride. It helps to validate our efforts for "Customer Service Excellence" in their "Championship Dream".
