By supporting our customers’ operations and consolidating parts, we can coordinate with you to produce the assemblies you need. Our assembly team focuses in on assemblies that have at least one of our own molded plastic parts. We work closely with our customers to purchase any additional components such as springs, pins and inserts as well as painted or electrical components. Our team is dedicated to lean practices such as error proofing (poke yokes) as well as laser and vision systems to minimize quality defects like missing components and non-functioning assemblies.
