Precision Components
Our precision components are made with low cavitation molds and we optimize shot size to the molding machine for consistent part quality. We also have operation and maintenance systems in place that minimize defects like flash, short shots, warpage, and dimensional non-conformances. Our use of pressure transducers in the plastic mold and its process helps to identify process fluctuations on critical parts. This means that we can have 100% monitoring on critical parts and approach zero defects.
