We have 20 years of expertise in plastics moulding transparent or clear parts in our fully automated dedicated molding cells. This means that we’ve been able to develop processes that reduce defects and costs, which translates to quality parts at a competitive price. We have plastic injection molding machines dedicated to running only transparent materials to reduce defects such as black specks, flow marks, sink and other contaminants. Our automated parts handling and gate cutting mean: 

• Minimal labor – typically use less than 5% direct labor
• Reduced handling damage
• Packaging design to minimize shipping damage
• Cost effective parts

The transparent plastics that we can process, but are not limited to, include:

• Polycarbonate
• Acrylic
