Name: Tasha Pritchard
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Date of Hire: 8/24/2022
What is your favorite story or memory during your time working at Team 1?
During the holiday season last December, Tasha coordinated an office-wide Secret Santa gift exchange. Not only was it memorable to see all the Team Members participating in the office fun, but her Secret Santa really went above and beyond to make it memorable for her. Team 1’s Purchasing Manager/Planner Marcus Battin played many “Grinchy” pranks on Tasha throughout the month. From a pile of coal-shaped chocolates covering her desk, to a jump-scare from the Grinch himself when arriving in her office, the Secret Santa fun has undoubtedly been Tasha’s favorite memory.
How has Team 1 helped your personal and/or professional development?
Tasha has enjoyed being able to plan fun things around the office. In addition to the Secret Santa gift exchange, Tasha has also revived monthly Theme Days at Team 1. These fun events have helped build her confidence while giving her opportunities to connect with other Team Members.
What is your favorite aspect of working at Team 1?
“Everyone will work with you no matter what, and someone is always there to help out.” Tasha agrees with what many other Team Members have shared; Team 1 Plastics fosters a sense of team with everyone looking out for one another.
What do you want to share about your life outside of Team 1?
Tasha enjoys photography and traveling to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula (U.P.). Being from the U.P., she enjoys taking her family back to her hometown. “Me and my kids always love going to the Dairy Queen where I grew up in Munising, and it has sort of become a tradition every time we travel up there.”
Do you have any advice and/or encouragement for future Team 1 team members?
“Show up, do your job, and be trustworthy and you will go far.”
Now for a totally random question:
What is your favorite genre of music?
Looking through her phone’s music playlist, Tasha had a variety of tunes; from 80’s rock to modern Country, to Christian music, and more. “I love all kinds of music, but if I had to pick a favorite, it would be Country.”
