Team 1 Plastics, a plastic injection molding company for the transportation industry, has been and continues to be a successful company because of our exceptional team.  Today, we will introduce one of these exceptional people, Brad Butler, as we continue a series of articles profiling our Team Members.

What is your favorite story or memory during your time working at Team 1?
Brad’s favorite memories of Team 1 come from the company picnics and parties. He enjoys the opportunity to connect with coworkers outside of the normal workday. “I like to hang out with people outside of work hours,” he shared.

How has Team 1 helped your personal and/or professional development?
Professionally, Team 1 has allowed Brad to put his chauffeur’s license to good use by serving as a backup truck driver when needed. On a personal level, the relationships he has built have had a big impact. He’s formed strong friendships at work and often spends time with fellow Team Members outside of work as well.

What is your favorite aspect of working at Team 1?
Brad appreciates that Team 1 is a small company rather than a large corporation. This environment allows him to get to know people better and stay flexible in his role. He likes being able to move around the shop—helping in assembly when needed—or working on the floor to pick up overtime.

What do you want to share about your life outside of Team 1?
Outside of work, Brad loves spending time outdoors. Fishing is his top hobby, especially summer bass fishing, and he enjoys competing in bass tournaments. He’s also an avid hunter and prefers bow hunting during deer season.

Do you have any advice and/or encouragement for future Team 1 Team Members?
Brad keeps his advice simple and meaningful: “Show up to work and treat others like you want to be treated.”
