Team 1 Plastics Earns 12th “Best Places to Work” Title from Plastics News

2026 is off to a strong start for Team 1 Plastics, a plastic injection molding company serving the transportation industry. This week, Plastics News announced that Team 1 has once again been named one of its “Best Places to Work,” marking the company’s twelfth time receiving this honor. From March 23–25, Plastics News will host its annual Executive Forum in Clearwater Beach, Florida, where it will reveal the official rankings for all companies recognized in this year’s program.

According to the Plastics News website, the Best Places to Work program “is a survey and awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the best employers and providing organizations with valuable employee feedback.” Since 2014, Plastics News has partnered with Best Companies Group to administer the employee survey and determine the annual rankings.

Earning this distinction for the twelfth time underscores Team 1 Plastics’ long-standing commitment to cultivating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
