April 23 2025: Team 1 Plastics’ first mosaic mural—Freedom to Succeed—was crafted over 18 months by nine dedicated Team Members, and unveiled at the 2500 Safety Days Celebration. Built with hand-cut tiles and black plastic pellets, the mural symbolizes national pride, craftsmanship, and the company’s Championship Dream. Overlooking the production floor, it stands as a lasting tribute to creativity, collaboration, and perseverance.
