Team 1 Plastics Awarded Best Places to Work for Third Straight Year

Team 1 Plastics, a plastic injection molding company for the automotive industry, was recently named as one of Plastics News’ Best Places to Work. This is the third straight year that Team 1 has been honored with this award. To celebrate its three-year achievement, Team 1 Plastics gave every Team Member a keychain made of leather — leather is the traditional gift for third anniversaries.

According to Plastics News, the Best Places to Work program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the 15 best employers in the plastics industry in the United States and Canada. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill eligibility requirements, including being in business for at least one year, having a minimum of 15 employees, and deriving at least 50% of revenue from plastics-related operations.

Plastics News honored all the winners and revealed the final rankings in a special ceremony on February 16, 2016. Receiving the award for Team 1 Plastics was Gary Grigowski, Vice-President and co-owner of the company.

Each winning company was also featured in the March 21, 2016, edition of Plastics News.
