Team 1 Plastics Host Community Open House

To celebrate the completion of its recent building expansion, Team 1 Plastics hosted a Community Open House on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, which was attended by more than 150 guests.

During the Open House, Craig Carrel and Gary Grigowski, co-owners of Team 1 Plastics, hosted a multi-media presentation. The presentation included a video of Team 1’s early history, a video of the building expansion, and a discussion by Carrel and Grigowski about Team 1’s future.

Guests were escorted on facility tours by Team Members. During the tours, the guests visited the Quality Lab, saw a demonstration of plastics molding manufacturing, watched robots working at the molding presses, observed Team Members assembling finished products, and enjoyed a demonstration by the Red Hot Chili Bots, the FIRST Robotics Team from Marshall High School.
