Team 1 Plastics Invites You to Give

As part of its 30th anniversary celebration, Team 1 Plastics, a plastic injection molding company for the automotive industry, is sponsoring a giving campaign to raise funds for local community projects, and the company is inviting the community to participate.

Would you please consider giving to Team 1 Plastics’ 30th Anniversary Fund Raising Campaign?

All gifts received will be divided to support two funds:

30% of each donation will directly support Starr Commonwealth’s Albion-Marshall Resilient Communities Project.
70% of each donation will help grow the Team 1 Plastics Charitable Fund through the Albion Community Foundation to support future projects throughout the Albion, Michigan community.

The Resilient Communities Project is helping facilitate dialogue among adults in the communities of Marshall and Albion, Michigan, to create more understanding through discussions, cultural activities, and workshops.

For its tenth anniversary, Team 1 Plastics established a formal relationship with the Albion Community Foundation to ensure its charitable investing ability can continue for a long period of time. Since then, Team 1 has given nearly $17,000 to non-profit projects in Albion through its corporate giving fund at the Foundation.

The balance of the Team 1 Plastics Charitable Fund currently sits around $27,000. In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Team 1 Plastics is hoping to see the fund top the $30,000 plateau. To help achieve that goal, the company has pledged to match all gifts up to a total of $3,000.

Check: Make checks payable to the Albion Community Foundation with a note to designate the gift to the “Team 1 Plastics’ 30th Anniversary Campaign.” Mail checks to the Albion Community Foundation (PO Box 156, Albion, MI 49224).
