Injection Mold Setter/Process Tech
Our growing company is seeking an individual with experience in setting up existing injection molding processes including die setting, hot runner systems, and servo robotics. Excellent problem solving skills and mechanical aptitude are critical. Must be willing to work nights and any overtime required!
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for daily set-up and monitoring of the parameters on production injection molding equipment.
Responsible for ensuring daily production key measure (e.g. quality, efficiency, production quantities, scrap, etc.) for injection molding operations are met.
Works on floor completing technical daily injection molding processing duties. Maintains integrity of production processes, including troubleshooting for root cause of any issues identified at startup or in-process.
