Team 1 Plastics Announces New Customer Service Manager

Team 1 Plastics, a plastic injection molding company for the automotive industry, is pleased to announce that Kari Masternak has joined its Team as its new Customer Service Manager.

Masternak is a highly skilled, seasoned professional with more than 15 years of successful quality customer service experience, working in a variety of industries, including injection molding for Automotive and Aerospace, Warehouse Fulfillment, and Import/Export Ocean Freight Sales.

Masternak said that she is very excited to begin this new journey as Team 1’s Customer Service Manager and to continue the legacy of Customer Service Excellence that Michele Warner has led for over ten years. Warner, who has accepted the new full-time Estimator position at Team 1 Plastics, will continue to support Masternak in her new position to ensure an effective transition of responsibilities.
