Team 1 Plastics Continually Celebrates Freedom in America

This is the week that Americans celebrate the birthday of the United States. Team 1 Plastics, a plastic injection molding company for the automotive industry, celebrates freedom all year round.

One of the tenets of its Championship Dream is the Freedom to Succeed, which includes this statement: “Team 1 believes in the American Free Enterprise System, which was founded on the principle of liberty.”

According to Craig Carrel, President of Team 1, Freedom to Succeed means that the company is purposefully striving so that each of its stakeholders is successful by working with Team 1. “Our customers can go anywhere to get our product, our Team Members can go anywhere to work, our suppliers can choose whom they want to work with. And so, we want to create an environment at Team 1 where they all see that it is in their benefit and that they have the best chance to succeed by working together with Team 1 Plastics – that is the Freedom to Succeed.”
