Team 1 Plastics Strives to be a Positive Community Member
Several Team Members from Team 1 Plastics participated with employees from other local Albion businesses at the Harrington Elementary School Halloween Parade. Team 1 Plastics chose to use a “Peter Pan” theme. Its Team Members helped make the set. And, then Peter Pan, Captain Hook, John
Darling, and Tinkerbell showed up to pass out candy to the students. This is just one example of how Team 1 Plastics strives to be a positive community member.
According to its Championship Dream, the company believes that it has an obligation to be a strong positive influence in the communities in which its Team Members live. Being a Positive Community Member is one of the four principles in the Championship Dream document which was created in 1999 and continues to reflect the focus and philosophy of Team 1 Plastics.
In an email of appreciation for its participation in the Halloween parade, Janet Domingo, Project Coordinator for the Greater Albion Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau, wrote, “Thanks for your participation. [We] can always count on Team 1!”
